OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description
As an Operations Manager on the Varga Mountain Collective, a successful real estate team, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Team Leader(s) and team. You will be tasked with maintaining operational systems, implementing administrative processes, and managing end-to-end business operations. Being organized and having meticulous attention to detail is what you do best - you must be able to pivot between competing priorities and constantly think of ways to streamline workflows. You are highly presentable, have impeccable follow-through, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with team to establish best practices and Implement operational improvements
- Listings & Transactions end-to-end management from inputting into MLS, filling out paperwork and submitting in Business Tracker, and handling the contract to close for the transaction
- Lead/pipeline management and follow-up
- Scheduling showings, creating listing presentations, CMAs, market reports, seller reports, listing marketing collateral, etc
- Work effectively with the Team Leader(s) to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up as necessary
- Maintain and manage team electronic drives, calendars, contacts, listings, social networks, and website
- Manage external requests and retrieve messages on behalf of the team
- Assist with other related administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required by the team
- CRM management, email marketing, direct mail marketing, social media management
- Develop an understanding of Compass products, tools, and programs, both generally and in response to specific operational needs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of real estate experience in transaction management/support/marketing
- NC Real Estate License preferred
- Listings & transactions management with understanding of local regulations
- Fast learner, with strong time management skills and a growth orientation
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication, with great interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and professional demeanor at all times, commitment to confidentiality
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Google suite of products, MacOS, Email Marketing, and CRMs

This position will not be a member of the Compass Employee Team. In this role, you will be employed directly by an Agent Team that hangs their real estate license with Compass.
