Select Varga Mountain Collective listings may be featured across 14 digital screens within the gate areas of Asheville Regional Airport’s newly expanded terminal. Visible to arriving travelers and departing passengers as they wait for their flights, this coveted, team-specific advertising opportunity places individual properties in front of an attentive audience of visitors, relocating professionals, second-home buyers, and travelers already drawn to Western North Carolina.
This high-impact placement is supported by a comprehensive property-marketing strategy that may include professional staging guidance, architectural photography, aerial imagery, cinematic video, individual property websites, luxury print materials, targeted digital advertising, outreach to feeder markets, national agent networking, Compass Private Exclusives, broker events, reverse prospecting, and direct communication with qualified buyers and their representatives.
Kelsey believes luxury sellers need more than attractive marketing. They need honest market education, decisive positioning, national exposure, and an advisor who can translate showing feedback, market resistance, and buyer objections into a productive strategy. Her communication style is direct, thorough, prepared, decisive, and responsive. When challenges arise, she is particularly skilled at identifying the concern beneath an objection and developing a practical path forward.
To Kelsey, concierge real estate service begins with a clear plan. From there, she and her team coordinate vendors, prepare the property, manage timelines, execute the marketing strategy, and ensure the home is presented at its highest level—both online and in person.
Relocation, Second-Home and Investment Expertise
Originally from South Florida, Kelsey grew up immersed in a family of luxury real estate professionals, builders, and design experts. Her mother’s work as an interior designer helped develop Kelsey’s eye for construction, renovation potential, architectural details, and the elements that allow a home to stand apart.
Her Florida background also gives her valuable insight into the priorities of buyers relocating to Western North Carolina from Florida and other major feeder markets. Having sold real estate in Florida before establishing her career in Western North Carolina, she understands both the practical concerns and the lifestyle aspirations that often motivate a move to the mountains.
Kelsey believes the most successful real estate decisions begin with a clear understanding of how a client wants to live. Rather than focusing only on a home’s view, finishes, or immediate visual appeal, she helps buyers envision what everyday life would look like at the new address.
That may mean considering the morning drive into town, access to restaurants and shopping, proximity to healthcare and airports, membership opportunities at nearby golf and country clubs, the ease of meeting friends for dinner, or how frequently the owners will realistically use hiking trails, lakes, cultural attractions, and other amenities. She also helps buyers evaluate mountain roads, seasonal access, elevation, property maintenance, construction quality, renovation needs, rental potential, and long-term usability.
By asking detailed questions during the initial buyer consultation and throughout the search, Kelsey helps clients define their ultimate lifestyle goals and identify the Western North Carolina communities most likely to support them. This thoughtful process allows buyers to look beyond the “shiny object” of a dramatic view or beautifully staged home and consider whether the location, property, and surrounding community will continue to serve them well after the excitement of the purchase has passed.
Her experience encompasses historic homes, renovation projects, luxury new construction, mountain estates, investment properties, acreage, golf and country club communities, and homes with significant renovation or development potential. Having personally owned historic homes, new construction, and renovation projects, Kelsey brings practical perspective to conversations ranging from estimating improvement costs and evaluating investment potential to selecting the community that best complements a client’s daily life.
She also works with builders and developers seeking informed representation, strategic positioning, thoughtful product development, and access to luxury buyers relocating from outside the region.
A Life Rooted in Hendersonville and Western North Carolina
Kelsey and her husband, Hendersonville entrepreneur Joe Dinan, have built their family’s life around the community Joe serves as owner and operator of Oklawaha Brewing Company and Blue Ridge Beer Garden. Together with their daughter, Chloe, they enjoy the close-knit quality of Hendersonville—a place where familiar faces are part of everyday life, while excellent restaurants, shopping, festivals, and amenities remain close at hand.
Kelsey especially enjoys Hendersonville traditions such as Garden Jubilee, the North Carolina Apple Festival, and the Rhythm & Brews concert series. Outside of real estate, she can often be found hiking, camping, skiing, sailing, exploring Western North Carolina with her family, working on a renovation project, attending live music, or planning her next trip. Having traveled to more than 65 countries, she appreciates the meaning of place and the many different ways people define home.
Whether representing a landmark estate, introducing an out-of-state buyer to Western North Carolina, advising a luxury or investment-property seller, or helping a builder bring a project to market, Kelsey combines elevated service with a grounded, approachable style that reflects the region she represents.
